Account Deletion

Balm only creates an online account when you sign in with Google — to purchase or restore the Premium subscription, or to sync an external calendar. If you never signed in, there is no online account to delete: your reminders, tasks and events live only on your device.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open Balm
2. Go to Settings → Delete my account
3. Confirm

This permanently and immediately deletes your online account (the Google-linked identity created via Firebase Authentication). No waiting period.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have Balm installed, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 30 days:

What gets deleted

Only your online account identity (email and Google account link, created through Firebase Authentication). Balm does not store your reminders, tasks, events or documents on any server — they live exclusively in a local database on your device, and are not affected by this deletion.

To also erase the data stored on your device, uninstall the app (or clear its storage) directly from your phone's settings.
